FREESTYLE MANIPULATION
Hula hoops, juggling and object balance!

Choose your weapon! A freestyle manipulation class lead by industry revered circus artists. Each class you can choose from hula hoops, juggling and object balance, learn new tricks or perfect your routines. Hoops and manipulation gear provided. Suitable for beginners or intermediate skill. Hand-eye coordination workout guaranteed! New 1.5 hour length.

**2 WEEKS LEFT** - 29/11 and 6/12

HANDBALANCING & CONDITIONING
See the world from upside down!

For those beginning their hand balancing journey and those wishing to improve their technique, this class will help participants to achieve correct alignment as well as improving upper body strength, flexibility and balance.

Thursday 7.30PM - 8.30PM.

CIRCUS FIT - ALL LEVELS
Get yourself Circus Fit!

Keep your fitness levels up and experience getting fit the circus way! This class will incorporate a variety of circus apparatus into your training program and you can look forward to a dynamic warm up, cardio, conditioning, stretching and flexibility. The aim of this class is to get your blood pumping and build on strengthening your core and upper body.

Monday 5:15-6:15pm and Thursday 5:15-6:15pm

Please note no classes on Monday 5th November for the Melbourne Cup.

CHINESE POLE - ALL LEVELS
Climb, slide and hold poses

Increase your strength and climb to new heights in a discipline that is gaining momentum and popularity worldwide. Using apparatus originally developed by Chinese acrobats, this class will have you climbing, sliding and holding poses while developing acute strength and skill. Flat soled shoes (ie Volleys) and jeans over leggings compulsory.

Monday 6.30pm-8.30pm. 

Please note no classes on Monday 5th November for the Melbourne Cup.

FLEXIBILITY & HANDSTANDS
Strength, balance, tricks & poses

Increase your flexibility, strength and balance, whilst learning circus contortion tricks and poses. 9 weeks.
Monday 6.30pm-8.30pm. Please note no classes Mon 5 Nov - Melbourne Cup.
Saturday 1:00pm-3:00pm.

TUMBLING - BEGINNERS
Rolling, Cartwheels, Handstands

Develop strength and flexibility by learning the basics and focusing on good technique. Handstands, cartwheels, forward and backward rolls, head spring and handspring, dive rolls. The fast-track and pit trampoline will also be used as students progress.

Monday 6:30pm - 8:30pm

TUMBLING - INTERMEDIATE
Moving on from beginners tumbling

Continue to develop strength and flexibility while learning more skills. Intro to Back flips, round offs, standing front-somersaults and back-somersaults. For those who have done at least 2 terms or equivalent of beginner tumbling and can competently deliver nice cartwheels, dive rolls, handstand forward rolls and head spring or handspring.

Tuesdays 6:30pm-8:30pm. Please note no classes Tuesday November 6th - Melbourne Cup.

TRAMPOLINE - ALL LEVELS
Learn the basics then create routines

Develop aerial awareness and acrobatic skills by learning the fundamentals. Then, move onto intermediate skills and create simple routines. (Fast track and pit trampoline will also be used when available.) Wednesdays 7.15pm-9.15pm.

6 WEEKS ONLY FROM 10/10 - 14/11
