This course for teens is designed to extend the skills of your circus, gymnastic, sport or dance experience in preparation for audition into the Certificate 3 or 4 programs or to achieve higher levels of self-development for general strength and fitness, acrobatic and performance ability.

Focusing on performance ability, ensemble work, acrobatics, flexibility training and strength building this program aims to facilitate a significant improvement in participants' skills, techniques, strength and flexibility which are the foundations of any circus apparatus or skills they may choose to train in the future. Juggling, manipulation and partner/group work will also be covered. These sessions will not include the development of skills on solo specialty apparatus but may include drills and exercises on apparatus such as trapeze and tissu /rope for strength and conditioning purposes. We recommend that participants continue their training of individual specialty skills to complement their accelerated training.
